Locira provides the technology real estate agents use to publish property pages and understand how buyers engage with them. This statement explains what happens when you view a property page.

Viewing a property page

When you open a property page, your visit is measured anonymously so the marketing agent can gauge interest in the property. We record things like which sections you viewed, how long, how far you scrolled, and which photos you spent time on. We do not ask you to sign in, and viewing a page does not require any personal details.

The property assistant

Some pages offer an assistant that answers questions about the property. The questions you ask are shared with the marketing agent, so they can see what buyers want to know and follow up. Do not include personal or sensitive information in your questions.

Location

To show agents the general regions their buyers come from, we may derive an approximate location (such as city or region) from your network connection. We do not store your precise location.

Who holds the data

Engagement and question data for a property is made available to the agency marketing that property, which is the party responsible for how they use it. Locira processes it on their behalf to provide the service.

Cookies

Property pages use minimal local storage to measure a single visit consistently. They do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Agents

If you are an agent using Locira, your account and the listings you publish are governed by your agreement with us.
